We knew we wanted to go with vinyl but also wanted to retain our stained woodwork inside our home.  We did our research and decided to give Castle Windows.  Our Sales rep, Josh, was very professional, easy to deal with, and clearly knew his stuff.  We chose windows that had a medium oak finish on the interior.  The windows were ready in the timeframe promised and installation was scheduled.  The install process was very efficient and we were very pleased with the results.  The color of the windows matches our interior woodwork perfectly!  We are so pleased, we just ordered our final window (a bay window) and a slider.  We highly recommend Castle Windows.  Dealing with the regional owner, Franc, and our sales rep Josh was a pleasure.  They both treated us with honesty and integrity and were very accommodating to our specific needs!

The salesman was very informative, and we made an appointment for someone to come to the house.  A pleasant, knowledgeable salesperson sold us the top tier replacement windows, and they were installed.  All but  one fit properly, but the last window will be installed in a few weeks.  Our home is now quieter, manages the heat and AC cold much better with these new windows.  The workers were neat, polite, and the installation was completed in one day.  When ever I had a question a knowledgeable person answered promptly and even walked me through the process of using the loan process they use.
