Most of our work is insert replacement: we set the new vinyl window into the existing frame and keep your interior and exterior trim. If a frame is rotted, we’ll tell you and recommend full-frame for that opening.
Yes. We pull the building permit for window and door installs (storm-door-only jobs don’t need one), and we clean up and do a walkthrough before we leave.
