Double-Hung Windows
The classic New England window. Both sashes slide up and down, and both tilt in so you can clean the outside glass from inside.
Casement Windows
Hinged on the side and opened with a crank, a casement swings out to catch a full breeze and presses against its seals when closed.
Sliding Windows
One sash glides sideways past the other. Simple, wide and easy to use.
Picture Windows
One big fixed pane for the most light and the clearest view. Often flanked by windows that open.
Awning Windows
Hinged at the top and cranked out from the bottom, an awning window can stay open in a light rain.
Hopper Windows
Hinged at the bottom and tilting in from the top, a hopper is the go-to for basements and small, low openings.
Bay Windows
Three windows set at angles to project out from the wall, for more light, a wider view and a little extra room.
Bow Windows
Four or more windows set in a gentle curve. Softer than a bay, with a panoramic view.
Specialty Shapes

We knew we wanted to go with vinyl but also wanted to retain our stained woodwork inside our home.  We did our research and decided to give Castle Windows.  Our Sales rep, Josh, was very professional, easy to deal with, and clearly knew his stuff.  We chose windows that had a medium oak finish on the interior.  The windows were ready in the timeframe promised and installation was scheduled.  The install process was very efficient and we were very pleased with the results.  The color of the windows matches our interior woodwork perfectly!  We are so pleased, we just ordered our final window (a bay window) and a slider.  We highly recommend Castle Windows. The salesman was very informative, and we made an appointment for someone to come to the house.  A pleasant, knowledgeable salesperson sold us the top tier replacement windows, and they were installed.  All but  one fit properly, but the last window will be installed in a few weeks.  Our home is now quieter, manages the heat and AC cold much better with these new windows.  The workers were neat, polite, and the installation was completed in one day.  When ever I had a question a knowledgeable person answered promptly and even walked me through the process of using the loan process they use.
